I’m the Interventions and Partnerships Leader at Ravenshall School in Dewsbury. I have worked at Ravenshall School since 2008 with responsibility for leading Interventions and Partnerships and PSHCE Ed.
I have worked in education for 15 years, 9 of which have been spent teaching and leading in a variety of special schools across the country.
Since joining Ravenshall I have led the structured conversations aspect of the Achievement for All Programme, coached and mentored outstanding teachers build strong and positive relationships between schools (both mainstream and special schools) and lead Annual Reviews.
I completed my MA in Special Educational Needs at Leeds University in 2012, followed by the Aspiring Special Heads Schools Leadership programme, also in 2012.
I am a nationally qualified teacher in PSHCE Ed and have other masters level qualifications such as SLCN. I led Ravenshall School to winning the National RBS whole school financial capability award in 2011 and runners up in 2012.
